Dry Brushing Routine How-To
I dry brush 2-4 days a week.
Use a brush w/natural bristles
Start at the feet and work your way up to the midsection, back, & then go up the arms towards the center
Brush in a circular motion towards the heart.
Highly recommend dry brushing before a workout to sweat out toxins more easily.
Finish with a shower and moisturizing oil.
