Stimulate circulation. Exfoliate. Boost lymph flow.
How to Dry Brush:

Use a natural bristle brush

Always brush toward the heart

Start at your feet and move upward, then from hands to shoulders

Finish with gentle strokes on the neck and chest
Best time: Morning, before your shower

✨ Step 2: Lymphatic Self-Massage
Gently clear blockages, de-puff, and detox.
How to Massage:

Begin at the collarbones and behind the ears with light tapping

Use soft, circular or sweeping motions toward lymph nodes:

Collarbone → Behind ears and down the neck

Arms → armpits

Abdomen → groin

Legs → inner thighs and behind knees

Step 3: Workout
