🌿 Lymphatic Drainage & Body Detox Protocol

Flush toxins. Reduce bloat. Reveal your glow.

 

Your lymphatic system is your body’s natural cleansing network. But unlike your heart, it doesn’t have a pump — you have to move it. This simple 3-step routine helps you detox from the inside out using mindful movement, self-massage, and targeted sculpting.

Follow along with the videos below to learn each method.

✨ Step 1: Dry Brushing

Stimulate circulation. Exfoliate. Boost lymph flow.

 

How to Dry Brush:

  • Use a natural bristle brush

  • Always brush toward the heart

  • Start at your feet and move upward, then from hands to shoulders

  • Finish with gentle strokes on the neck and chest

Best time: Morning, before your shower

⏱️ Takes just 3–5 minutes

 

✨ Step 2: Lymphatic Self-Massage

Gently clear blockages, de-puff, and detox.

 

How to Massage:

  • Begin at the collarbones and behind the ears with light tapping

  • Use soft, circular or sweeping motions toward lymph nodes:

     

    • Collarbone → Behind ears and down the neck

    • Arms → armpits

    • Abdomen → groin

    • Legs → inner thighs and behind knees

  •  

Best time: Right before your workout

⏱️3- 5 minutes

 

Step 3: Workout

Follow the DanceFit Form workout of the day according to the schedule. 

 

Step 4 of this protocol is located in the Wood Body Sculpting Tools section, where you'll use oil and wood tools to further sculpt, refine and detox the body post- workout shower.
